We PPInfotech Technologies believe in providing work as per the client's requirement as per prior discussed requirements. We are bound to work on the same within the required scope only. Outside requirement work will be charged extra and will discuss prior development and will be paid by the client on mutual terms. If the client fails to provide the payment based on the terms, we are authorized to discontinue the service and support.
We also believe the client's limitation and reachability for any further requirements and payment followups, but if the client fails to respond related to the further development or payment followups within 30 days, we are authorized to discontinue the work and shut the website down.
We apologize to take the harsh steps in advance.
For domain, hosting, development, SMS, or any other third-party service charges, the amount paid by the client is non-refundable. It's because we purchase the third-party services from the service providers and put the efforts and investing the time in development that would not be refundable stuff.
If the client fails to provide the payment within the mutual time duration, PPInfotech Technologies are eligible to take legal action against the client for the further payment procedure with a penalty.
